Shipping
- All orders can be expected to ship the available items within 2 business days from the order being placed, excluding Saturdays and Sundays.
 - Orders containing Pre-Order items will be sent in 2 split shipments with all available items being sent asap, and the remaining Pre-Order Items being sent when they become available.

What is Pre-Ordering?
- When an items is marked as Pre-Order, it means it is either an item we recently ran out of stock of or don't typically keep it in stock.
 - Pre-Ordering an item guarantees it will make it on our next supplier order or is reserved for you if it is already in transit to the shop.
 - Pre-Order lead times can vary depending on the item. Typically you can expect a 2-4 week wait time on most Pre-Order items, however feel free to reach out to us at info@elevatedclimbing.com with any Pre-Order lead time questions and we will do our best to give you updated expected wait times.
 
Return Policy
- We offer free return shipping on returnable items within 90 days of being delivered.
 - No returns can be accepted for life safety gear (i.e. hardware, helmets, harnesses, rope, etc) for the sake of quality control of critical components of our customers' safety.
 - To initiate a qualifying return, email info@elevatedclimbing.com with your order number and item you are looking to return.
 - Refunds are offered for the item(s) being returned, and do not include the initial shipping cost of the order, as the service of shipping has already been rendered.
 - Free return shipping only available in lower 48 states
